Hi, good morning. So we’re here at Creative Title Services in Miami FL and we’re with George and Veronica and we’re at a closing of their house. We just finished signing all the paperwork and we just have some questions for them in regards to the process of selling and how it was working with our company, WeOfferCashForHouse.com. So thank you guys for interviewing with us. And so my first question is, tell us a little bit about how you met us.
George:
Well, we was in the process of looking for a home and we thought about selling the property we had over there in Miami. Just was getting tired of maintaining the house really. So I clicked on the site, WeOfferCashForHouse.com. I seen something pop up on Facebook and I clicked on it and I just read over it and then after I got out of that, y’all’s website came right behind it. And then I clicked on it and then it took me to an actual website and that’s where I looked over the house selling process. I called my wife, talked over with her, and she gave the call.
Stacy:
Okay. Okay. And in your opinion, how was the process?
George:
It was great. Faster than I thought. I didn’t expect it to be this fast, so that was great and it was smooth. Everything was smooth. I didn’t have a problem in any way.
Stacy:
Perfect. And what’s really important to us is how were you treated?
George:
Great. Great. Andy and-
Veronica:
His associate, the house buyer.
George:
Associate Sergio. And it was great. They came out.
Veronica:
Down here.
George:
Down to earth.
Veronica:
Sometimes I feel like they be uptight.
George:
They made us feel comfortable.
Stacy:
Okay, great. And would you recommend us?
George:
Yes, definitely will.
Veronica:
Of course.
George:
Definitely will.
