Hi, I’m sitting here with Ms. Williams and we’re at a closing and we just wanted to get a take on what her thoughts were in regards to working with us and working with our company. So the first question that I have for you is, well, first, tell us a little bit about how you met us.
Norma:
Actually, Sergio met my husband. He came to the house several times, asking us if we were interested in selling a piece of commercial property that we had. And it was very difficult for him to meet up with me. My husband had to talk with him because I had not been around at the time. And his persistence, of course, came to this sale of this property. He went way beyond the call of duty and also-
Stacy:
He can be, yes, yes.
Norma:
… to help clear up, they ended up being some problems with the property and they assured us that they would help us to clear them up. And they worked very hard in clearing up all these extra problems that came with the property to make the sale as easy as possible on us. And we really appreciate it and we highly recommend both of them for your sales.
Stacy:
All right. And one last question I have for you is, because it’s really important to us, how were you treated?
Norma:
Oh, excellent.
