Hi, I’m here with Regina. Okay. And it was such a pleasure speaking with her and meeting with her and hearing her story and how we met her as a company, WeOfferCashForHouse.com. And so we just wanted to give her an opportunity to talk about her house selling experience with us. Okay, Regina.
Regina:
Okay. I have to say, to start with, it was all dumb luck that led me to your company, because I was sitting here just shredding things after my mother passed away, she passed in January, sitting here in June, wondering what am I going to do? I have to do something to sell this condo in Tamarac FL, but I can’t get through all this stuff. And there’s repairs that need to be made and whatever. So the one day I go to the mailbox and there was a mailing in there from your company, WeOfferCashForHouse. And I didn’t even think of doing something like that, selling my house without a realtor.
And I was like, “You know what, I’m going to call.” And I spoke to Will. And I think within a couple of weeks, I was like, “Yep, this is what we’re doing.” And the whole process, I mean, there’s been hiccups here and there because of my mother’s estate, and I understand that. You can’t count on the courts doing things timely. They’re going to do it at their schedule, not ours, but all in all, everyone I’ve dealt with from your company has been wonderful. I have to say, very professional, very warm, very personable. And I know I’m not always the easiest person to deal with. And short fuse sometimes because of all the stress with moving, and I was so concerned because of all the repairs that need to be done, it’s like, what do I do?

So was it easier and stress free selling?
Regina:
I feel it was so much easier for me to do that, very little stress and the stress was only paperwork stress, you know what I mean? It’s something that can be resolved easily, so it’s not something I really needed to flip out over, even though I did.

Okay, and did we do all we said we would do?
Regina:
Absolutely everything.

And how were you treated, because that’s really important to us.
Regina:
Like a person, not a number, which is so wonderful. Especially these days with the virus.
