Thank you. And we are at the title company. We’ve just signed all the paperwork for the purchasing of their home in North Miami. And I just have a couple questions for you. So could you tell us how you got in contact with us?
David:
Yeah. Well, I went online and I honestly didn’t know who to call or what to do. We were going through a hard time with foreclosure and everything like that. I was very stressed and trying to find somebody as fast as I possibly can to sell my North Miami house.
The one thing with Andy and Best Offer For Home, they constantly called me. Because I was actually under contract with somebody else, but Will kept on calling me. He kept on, “Hey, just making sure everything’s okay.” Making sure that the deal was going through and that i’d be able to sell my house in North Miami.
And once we fell through with the other deal, I remembered, “Hey, Will kept on calling me and stuff.” So, yeah, I love the fact that you guys were persistent and always being just there just telling me, “Hey, if anything happens, just let us know.” So yeah.
Stacy:
Okay, perfect. Perfect. And I think you pretty much answered most of what I was going to ask. So my last question is, would you recommend us?
David:
Oh, a hundred percent. I don’t want to say any bad things, but working with Andy was much, and I guess more personable than the last person might’ve been we were with. And it was really, really amazing working with him. He made everything seamless in selling my house in miami. And yeah, I would recommend it a hundred percent. 10 out of 10.
